Kaiser Lachance adds two

Kaiser Lachance Communications has hired Christine Tourigny as a senior coordinator in its Montreal office. She most recently operated her own firm called Rokstour Events. Prior to that, she was a coordinator at Massy Forget Langlois. Shirmel Williams has joined the agency's Toronto office as office administrator.
