New managing director at Cineplex Media

Cineplex Media of Toronto has appointed Kristie Painting to the position of executive vice-president and managing director. She was most recently country manager for Pinterest Canada. Prior to that, Painting was CEO of Wavemaker Canada and vice-president of digital sales and revenue management at Bell Media. She has also worked at Olive Media and Checkout 51.
